Pre-School Reading Program - Every second and fourth Tuesday
of the month members and volunteers go to local pre-schools to read to the
students and pass out a book to each child. It is hoped that the children
will take the books home and read to their parents, grandparents, siblings,
etc. Or they will be read to by their parents, grandparents, siblings,
etc. until they can comprehend the works on the book pages.

Books for this program are provided by www.seashell.com . At least once a
month our club gathers to select, sticker and clean books. The books are categorized
for the appropriate age, quality, and so forth. The books are then placed
in boxes and ready for the next reading date.
