                                                             Mystery Kiwanian

                                                                           Jim Parker

Jim Parker has been a Kiwanian since 1975.  He has worked for he better part of 40 years in four industries and is a licensed Mortgage and Real Estate Broker.  There was a seven year stint in the Regular Army Infantry where he achieved the rank of Captain and awarded a Bronze Star.

"Jimmy", as his wife Peggy has called him for over 42 years, is the proud father of 5 children (3 Eagles Scouts) and 3 grandchildren.  The entire family minus one child, graduated from FSU. They have spent most of their lives in the South, except for Jim's overseas duty in Germany and  Viet Nam.

Now retired and living in Remington Shores, Jim spends most of his day searching for that 'perfect wave' on the beach (although most swimmers don't wave back).
